Booking questions
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before your planned arrival date. After that, the first night remains payable. You can cancel from your account or by calling us on +33 6 61 40 27 78.
- When am I charged?
- Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, by card via Stripe. There is no deposit and no security hold: the amount shown is the amount charged.
- Is breakfast really included?
- Yes, in every rate and for every guest. It is homemade, served from 8am to 10am in the dining room or in the garden depending on the season, with local produce and homemade jams.
- Can I change my dates after booking?
- Contact us by phone or email: we will do our best to move your stay subject to availability, with no amendment fee.
- What if I arrive late?
- Check-in is from 6pm. If you expect to arrive after 9pm, mention it in the special requests when booking and Patricia will arrange to welcome you.
- Will I get an invoice?
- Yes, a personal invoice is emailed to you after your stay. If you are travelling for business, add your company name in the special requests.
