A family story
Built in 1954, our house has stood the test of time while retaining all of its original charm. Nestled in the heart of Laval, it offers a peaceful setting just minutes from the TGV station and the historic centre.
With great passion, we transformed this family home into a guest house, so we could share with you the joy of living in a place steeped in history and serenity.
Each room has been lovingly furnished, blending modern comfort with vintage charm. Antique finds, thoughtful decorative touches and fine materials create a warm and authentic atmosphere.

Meet Patricia
Passionate about hospitality and sharing, Patricia puts her heart into making your stay unforgettable. A native of the region, she knows Mayenne like the back of her hand and will be delighted to help you discover its hidden treasures.
A born cook, she prepares a gourmet breakfast every morning using local and homemade products: jams, cakes, fresh bread... A true delight to start the day!
